The institution's Parent/Student login page : It's badly programmed and parsed...And the most important mystery is it has no password or user name dictated by the authorities. The new user page draws a blank the link must be http://220.225.238.172/parentlogin/newuser.htm instead of http://192.100.100.12/parentlogin/newuser.htm
