419 Nigerian Fraud

I have been tracking a 419 NF personnel claiming to be from Guinness Center, 22 Garden close Stamford lince PE92YP, London, United Kingdom.
I had received an SMS and then acted off at once (to be precise on 14th day of December).
One Mr. Williams Cole, Tel Fax: 44 871 245 5919/ 447010032046, mailed me from guinesscenter2010@hotmail.com providing me an authorization Form.
After replying with the filled form, with a fake ECI Card, He mailed me this

This rewinds the time to The Battle of Asal Uttar in 1965 which was fought from September 8 to September 10, 1965 when the Pakistan's invading force, consisting of the 1st Armored Division and 11th Infantry Division, crossed the International Border and captured the Indian town of Khem Karan. After the seizure, the Indian Army regrouped and launched a counter attack.
